Ginger Lime
This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor, with added complexity from the concentrated grapefruit juice.
The vinification of this Moscato is via autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.0% alcohol. Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for one month, after which time it is blended with the pink grapefruit juice and natural aroma, and bottled.


Passion Fruit
Naturally flavored wine beverage
Made from 95% Moscato grapes and 5% passion fruit pulp, this delicious blend adds up to 100% real fruit! Tropical Passion Fruit is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic, with notes of peaches, powdered sugar and tropical passion fruit. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine shows soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will keep you going back for sip after sip.
Serve as an aperitif or pair with your meal – this wine goes great with spicy foods! You can also end your meal with the sweet-tart taste of Tropical Moscato – serve with soft or aged cheese and fresh fruit with honey.


Peach
Naturally flavored wine beverage
This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor with added complexity from the concentrated peach juice.
The vinification of this Moscato strictly follows the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.5% alcohol. Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for ten days, after which time it is infused with the peach juice and natural aroma and then bottled.


Mango
Naturally flavored wine beverage
88% Moscato grapes, 10% mango pulp and 2% passion fruit pulp adds up to 100% real fruit! Tropical Mango is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic with notes of peaches, honey, and ripe mangoes. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine has soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will keep you going back for sip after sip.

Strawberry
Naturally flavored wine beverage
This wine took years to develop, with winemaker Luca Bosio patiently testing and blending different strawberry varieties. Finally, he found the perfect strawberry for his Tropical Strawberry Moscato in the tiny but intensely flavored wild Alpine strawberries that grew in the mountains of Northern Italy.
The wine blends 95% Moscato, 4% wild Alpine strawberry juice and 1% wild Alpine Strawberry aroma. Tropical Strawberry is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic with notes of peaches and ripe summer strawberries. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine shows soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will have you going back for sip after sip.


Grape Fruit

Cranberry

This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor, with added complexity from the unique cranberry from the Italian Alps. The ripe cranberries’ acidity and tartness are perfectly balanced by the genuine sweetness of the Moscato grape, with a hint of spice on the finish.
The vinification of this Moscato is via autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.0% alcohol. Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for one month, after which time it is blended with the cranberry pulp and bottled.


Blueberry

This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor, with added complexity from real frozen blueberries. The blueberries impart a rich ruby-red color and results in a sweet and smooth wine with fruity and floral aromas.
Serve Tropical Blueberry chilled as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with fruits, aged cheeses or desserts such as hazelnut cake.


Dark Red
Red wine infused with natural berry flavor
This wine offers fruity and floral aromas with a sweet and smooth palate. After fermentation, real frozen blueberry and raspberry pulp is added to impart rich color and flavor onto the wine.
Serve Tropical Dark Red chilled as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with fruits, aged cheeses or desserts such as hazelnut cake.


Black

Lux
In 2020 we invested time, knowledge and energy on creating a second step of Tropical Moscato, trying to push on low calories and lower sugar level, always keeping alcohol content very low.
Together with microbiology department form University of Turin, we started working with new yeasts from specie Lachancea Thermotolerans: it allows a first step of fermentation where sugar are transformed not into alcohol, but in malic and lactic acid. In this way we can reduce residual sugar, without increase ABV, therefore calories either.
